Dr. Hjh. Azuraida Shahadan graduated with Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from California State University Fullerton, awarded as the first Malaysia graduated with PhD Degree from that university.
She has a Master Degree of Education from Pennsylvania, a Master Degree of Ed Management from Malaya and a Bachelor Degree of Business Admin from Malaya. Her certification is in Child Development from California and Psychotherapy from UK.

She began her career as an educator and trainer in 2004 when she first managed her family tuition center. After graduated with her Bachelor Degree in 2006, she started her own business (Professional Calibre International Sdn Bhd) focusing on providing Education and Services, collaborating with few universities and organizations in Indonesia, Saudi, Australia and United Kingdom. She migrated to America in 2008 to further her study and came back to Malaysia in 2015 after 8 years living and working in United States of America.
As a motivator, educator, academician and philosopher with more than 14 years experience in managing, leading and communicating with diverse group of people, Dr Azuraida is now active in conducting training and giving motivational talk for secondary students, tertiary as well as a group of working people, not only in Malaysia but also outside Malaysia.
Her specialization is in Kepimpinan Diri, Kepimpinan Organisasi, Leading Team, Terapi Minda, Finding Happiness, Personal Development & Professional Development.

Dr Azuraida is a founder for Kembara Amal Ventures (together with a celebrity, Deja Moss) that actively helping individual persons, society and community inside and outside Malaysia in their charity work. She is also a secretary for Pertubuhan Kasih Neelofa and an Executive Director at Yayasan Pembangunan Buku Negara. Dr Azuraida is now working closely with KRU Media in introducing a new platform of learning to the world. She is also involve with Binary University as an Adjunct Professor as well with the UniKL as a subject Leader for Leadership course.

As of 2020, Dr Azuraida has designed and involved with more than 50 community service projects, traveled to more than 38 countries in the world, attended and presented at more than 15 conferences worldwide, produced more than 10 scholarly articles including books and receiving 8 awards of excellence including one as a Humanitarian Icon.
